1. What are remanufactured toner cartridges?

Once used original cartridges are procured and sorted. The cartridges are disassembled and various components are replaced with new ones. The required quantity of toner is filled and the cartridge is reassembled. This is an effective replacement for OEM cartridges.2)

2. How do we know whether all the components are replaced

We at HPS Technologies Pvt. Ltd are very meticulous and careful in changing the components. The quality of the printouts is an indication of this.

3. If the cartridge fails to work what do we do?

It is very rarely, that a cartridge supplied by us fails. The components used by us are from reputed manufacturers. Each of our cartridge is covered under a warranty which will be in force till the toner lasts and in the event of any mid cycle failure the cartridge will either be rectified or replaced free of cost.

4. Will the usage of such cartridges affect my printer?

It is a myth to state that the usage of such cartridge will have an adverse affect on the printer. If a cartridge is remanufactured with the right components, with care and diligence as we do at HPS, your printer is absolutely safe.

5. Do you undertake maintenance and service of our printers?

Yes, we also do that.
